Cusco and Machu Picchu Tour Packages

To confirm a reservation, the company requires a prepayment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival in Cusco. You will also need to send us all the requested information by email, including proof of the initial deposit. The prepayment amount depends on the hotel category selected:

• ✅ 4-Star Hotel: 70% per person
• ✅ 3-Star Hotel: 70% per person
• ✅ 2-Star Hotel: 50% per person

• TAYRA TOURS CUSCO is responsible for delivering the full itinerary as outlined in the travel package, including all listed services. The company is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure beyond our control, such as weather, political events, or social disturbances.
• TAYRA TOURS CUSCO is committed to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip.
• For justified reasons, TAYRA TOURS CUSCO reserves the right to make modifications to the itinerary if deemed necessary, always prioritizing client satisfaction.

• Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made in advance to avoid a NO SHOW charge (100% of the service cost). Cancellations must be made by phone and confirmed by email at least 30 days before the start of the service. In these cases, the company will retain 35% of the prepayment to cover management and administrative expenses.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the program start date will result in a NO SHOW, and no refund will be issued.

• No refunds will be given for services voluntarily not used by the client, including due to illness, accidents, or other personal reasons, on the scheduled date and time. These services also cannot be transferred to a future date.
• If the client chooses not to use the purchased package, no refunds will be issued.
• Postponements are valid for up to 2 months from the original reservation date, under the same conditions and at the updated rate.
• For date changes to train tickets, a 30% penalty will be applied, subject to availability.
• Once Machu Picchu tickets have been reserved, no changes or refunds are possible, in accordance with regulations from the Ministry of Culture.
