When selecting the details of your trip, the system automatically calculates the price of the service plus the 7% PayPal fee.


Complete your information

Next, the system will ask you for details such as your identification, contact information, and your hotel in Cusco (for tours in Cusco). If you have a discount coupon, you can use it here.


Pay with PayPal

Finally, you will confirm your travel information and be directed to PayPal, where you can pay with your debit or credit card.

To make a reservation for the program, the company requires a prepayment, and the remainder is paid in cash upon arrival in the city of Cusco. You will then need to send us all the requirements to the email address [email protected]:

  • Copy of passports or ID
  • Flight number and arrival time in Cusco (only for Cusco programs)
  • Departure time of the flight from Cusco to Lima (if included in the program)
  • Start date of the program
  • Hotel category: If included in the program
  • Hotel accommodation: If included in the program
  • Deposit voucher for the first payment

    Payment Method 3: Western Union or Money Gram (processing fee: 5% aprox)

    The process is quite easy. You should find an agent of one of these stores and indicate that you need to send money to Peru. They will then generate a voucher for you with a 10 digit code. Remember that the name has to be correctly writen and complete, as otherwise there will be difficulties with recieving your payment.

    • TAYRA TOURS is responsible for fulfilling the entire itinerary detailed in the tour package, including all services specified therein. The company is not responsible for interruptions in the normal course of the package due to force majeure reasons beyond our control, such as weather, political, social issues, etc.

    • TAYRA TOURS is committed to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • TAYRA TOURS reserves the right to modify the itinerary for justified reasons but always with the customer’s satisfaction in mind.

    • TAYRA TOURS will issue the corresponding invoice for the service provided to the CLIENT and deliver it in a timely manner.

    • The CLIENT’s luggage, jewelry, and personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the client.


    • Our company may modify the order of excursion routes whenever it deems it strictly necessary for safety or the successful execution of the service.


    • Dollar rates are valid as indicated in the chosen package.

    • They may vary according to the inflation rate.

    • The price does not include the IGV (Value Added Tax) for Peruvians if they request an invoice or receipt.

    • Rate applicable to Peruvians, residents, and foreigners.


    • Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made well in advance to avoid payment of the NO SHOW fee (100% of the service). For holidays and long weekends, cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance.

    • Cancellations (service cancellation) must be made by phone and confirmed by email to: [email protected] at least 30 days before the start of the service, and the company will charge 35% of the prepayment received for management and administrative expenses.

    • Cancellations made after 10 days from the start of the program will result in the CLIENT being declared a NO SHOW, and no refund will be granted.

    • No refunds will be given to the CLIENT for services voluntarily not used, illness, accidents, or other reasons on the scheduled date and time, nor can they be used on another occasion.

    • If the client voluntarily renounces the use of the contracted program, they will not be entitled to any refund.

    • In the case of postponements, the validity is 2 months from the date of the original reservation, under the same conditions and at the updated rate.

    • In the case of changing the date of train tickets, a 30% penalty fee will be added, subject to space availability.

    • Once the reservation for Machu Picchu entrance tickets is made, there is no option for changes or refunds due to the new regulations decreed by the Ministry of Culture.
