Machu Picchu Package Tour (6 Days)

We will be picking you up from Cusco Airport and will transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon, at 0210 PM, our representative will meet pick you up from the hotel to start your Cusco city tour.

Cusco City Tour is a half day tour. This would give you an introduction to the life and culture of our life in the Andes with some history. We will start the tour with a visit to Qorikancha. Qorikancha was once the largest and the most sacred temple of Incas. This was demolished by the Spanish conquistadors who built Santo Domingo church on its remains.
We will the drive you to see the four archealogical sites on the outskirts of Cusco. Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Pukapukara and Tambomachay.

We will be picking you up from your hotel in Cusco between 0340 and 0400 in the morning and will e transferring you to Ollantaytambo train station. Here you will be boarding the train to Aguas Calientes town. Our representative will meet you at the train station upon your arrival and will be transferring you to Machu Picchu by bus.

Once in Machu Picchu, our local guide will give you a complete two hours guided tour of the citadel. On this tour you will be visiting Guardian’s house, Temple of the sun, 3 windows, Intihuatana, Aclla huasi, Temple of the condor and water sources. After the tour you will have some time to walk around the citadel.

At a designated time, you will be taking the bus back to Aguas Calientes town. Here we will be serving you lunch. Lunch includes, entrée, main course and a dessert.

After lunch, you will be taking the train back to Ollantaytambo where our representative will be meeting you. We will then be transferring you back to your hotel in Cusco.

Experiencing the two prime sites of the Sacred Valley on a Quad Bike is something unforgettable. We will be picking you up from your hotel and will transfer you to Cruzpata town. Cruzpata sits 45 minutes away from Cusco. Here we will begin the Quad Bike ATV tour to Maras and Moray.
Our circuit will start along the Huaypo Lagoon. We will then be visiting Moray agricultural centre.

Moray is home to circular farming terraces that bears different temperatures at each level. This is where the Incas experimented the growth conditions of different crops.

We will then be visiting Maras Salt terraces. Maras houses over a thousand geometric shaped puddles where the Incas used to extract salts from. This is a well preserved trend which the locals are practicing even today.

After this, we will be riding our Quad Bikes back to Cruzpata where you will be taking the mini-van back to Cusco.

Early in the morning between 0420 and 0440 we will be picking you up from your hotel in Cusco. We will then travel to Mollepata town. Here we will stop for breakfast. Then we will continue to Sorayapampa. Sorayapampa is the starting point to hike to Humantay Lake. Humantay Lake or Laguna Humantay nestles at 4200 meters above the sea level.

The hike up to Humantay Lake from Sorayapampa will take about an hour and thirty minutes. This route is quite scenic as it offers views of the Andean peaks and farms where you can see the Andean camelids – Alpacas and Llamas grazing.

After the tour, we will be descending for lunch and then will start our trip back to Cusco.

Sacred Valley of Incas is something you must visit on your trip to Cusco. The valley is at 2790 meters above the sea level. Pisac, Calca, Yucay, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero together form the Sacred Valley of Incas. Each of these villages houses archaeological ruins which were built during the Incan empire some to facilitate their daily needs while the other to keep away the intruders.

On this tour, we will be visiting Pisac. Pisac is know for its open-air market where locals set up tents every Sunday to sell their handi crafts. Here, we will also be visiting the archaeological ruins which is massive and is just second to Machu Picchu.

We will then stop in Urubamba for lunch. After lunch, we will be visiting Ollantaytambo. Ollantaytambo is a beautiful village. Our next stop will be in Chincheros, home to renowned craftsmen of the country. Chinchero houses a beautiful church over looking the valley. This church was built on the remains of Inca palace by Spanish conquistadors.

After a guided tour of Chinchero, we will return to Cusco.
